During this fully funded three-day program, WOW attendees will be able to stay in dorms with current Williams students, attend classes, club meetings, and a special student performance showcase. What a week for the arts!
The campus community visited Spencer Studio Art Building on Thursday for the Big Art Show, featuring works by students in a variety of art classes this semester, then made their way to @williamsartmuseum on Friday for the opening reception of the Senior Studio Art exhibition “Instead of Sleeping.”
Congrats to all the students who showcased their artwork! You can check out “Instead of Sleeping” at WCMA through June 2.

Congratulations to Sam Bishop ’25 and Luke Young-Xu ’25, who were both named '24-'25 #GoldwaterScholars!

Goldwater scholarships are awarded to outstanding undergraduates interested in pursuing research careers in the sciences, engineering, and mathematics. After pursuing their respective Ph.D.'s, Sam intends to conduct experimental research in quantum engineering in an industry or national lab environment, while Luke intends to teach and conduct research in plant genetics at the university level.

Hikaru is vice president and deputy executive director of Climate Cardinals, a nonprofit that makes scientific literature more accessible to non-English speakers. “We hope that this recognition...signals a broader understanding of the vital role young activists play and encourages others to redirect more resources towards empowering the next generation of environmental leaders.”
